Every client talks to the same deployment over the same routes. Pick the one that fits where you work; sign in with an API key or by device code, and your conversations are there.

The web app needs no download: app.matterwave.ai.
Versions
Builds are published with each release. Each client's page lists its releases, read from the package registries (PyPI, npm) and the release assets, and a client that has not had a release yet says so on its page; the first one appears there as soon as it is published. Each client reports its version (matterwave-tui --version, the extension's details view, the desktop app's About) and the API's request id on every error; quote both in a support thread.
